BILLY TUCCI TO ATTEND ORLANDO MEGA CON!

Fan favorite to be a guest of LaserMach, will view film to benefit ACTOR

Acclaimed comic publisher and filmmaker Billy Tucci will be attending the Orlando MegaCon 2003 Friday February 28th and Saturday March 1st as a guest of LaserMach. The cutting edge manufacture of high-end art prints will unveil the all-new Laser Cell of one of the most beloved Shi images of all, "Tiger Baby."

Utilizing LaserMach's futuristic technology, each 9" x17" Limited Edition Laser Cell will be signed and numbered by the Shi creator and features "Tiger Baby," a "Shi" logo laser cut into the matting, a laser-etched medallion and certificate of authenticity.

"We are very excited to be working with Crusade Fine Arts and have admired Billy's artwork for years and are looking forward to having him at our booth." Stated LaserMach President Matt Ligot.

In addition to signing the "Tiger Baby" prints, Tucci will also debut the 96 page "Shi - Owari" Tour book, and will draw sketches and custom covers all day Friday and Saturday. LaserMach will also feature "Solaris", "DareDevil" as well as other prints and laser sculpts and are located in booth #516 (next to CrossGen.)

"I am very grateful for LaserMach's invite." Tucci stated. "MegaCon holds a very special place in my heart for they were the first Convention to invite me a guest way back in 1994!" The" Shi" creator continued. "Actually, 2003 marks my ninth MegaCon and it will be great to see my old friends again."

MegaCon will also screen Tucci's award winning short film "some trouble of a SeRRious nature" Friday afternoon at 3pm to benefit ACTOR. ACTOR, (A Commitment To Our Roots), is the first-ever federally chartered not-for-profit corporation dedicated strictly to helping comic book creators in need.

Following the film Tucci will hold a panel discussion on his future projects and adventures in independent filmmaking. Tickets for the screening are only $1.00 and will be available at the ACTOR and LaserMach booths.
