Just got back from the Mid-Ohio Con
in Columbus OHIO.  It was great!
I got to meet the original Lois Lane from TV, the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld, Lou Ferrigno from Incredible HULK,
Greg Horn, Eddy Newell (took home 3 pieces of art), Philip MOY, Andy Lee (took home 1 piece of art), Jinky Coronado (took home 2 calendars), Sergio Aragones, Don West from Lost in Space, Rowena, GW Fisher (took home 3 pieces of art).

Pictures are here:

Enjoy!

That is one great show.
Unfortunately, due to it being on Thanksgiving weekend, it seems to be an impossible one for me to attend in the future.  I did go there once and we had one hell of a time.  The crowds were great as is the promoter Roger Price.
I might be heading down to Mega Con this March and will make my way out to Wizard L.A.

Anyone going to be there?

Billy,
What is your opinion on the Eddy Newell ELEKTRA and the Andy Lee SHI from the convention?  Those are my favorites, along with the picture of me and Lois Lane, (Noel Neill).

I love Andy's work.  Eddy's Electra is done very well too.  Was that a sketch?  I can't wait to show you my Electra and Shi !

The Eddy Newell was a pencil/ink/paint on a canvas like material vs regular paper.   A diverse mix of style and media was used.  He puts a lot of technique into his art.

I can't wait to see your drawing also.

I like the canvas idea. Eddy did my Shi in pencils on regular thick 14X17 paper. I'm still jealous over your Andy Lee Shi... but my fav in your collection is still your Taylor. That Rocks.

WHOOPS

I meant Coutts

It's bad enough when I lose track of MY collection, now I'm losing track of YOURS too!

I've decided to print my entire art collection out onto adhesive backed (Sticker) paper & put the collection in the Shi/Tomoe covered sketchbook that you picked up for me.

That will look really nice.  I finally got the #10 No European WOTW in today, along with the Spider-Man Blueprint Battlebook and Sneak Teaser Preview of East Wind Rain.  That filled in some holes in the museum collection very nicely.
