Interesting Mack piece. It seems that the more popular and longer he does his art, the less interested in it I become. I thought that his incoporation of common items into the comic medium was amazing when he started. But, I think that his art is becoming more fluid and less realistic as time passes, and less interesting as well. I keep waiting for something to happen in Kabuki, but I don't think he has a clue where to take the story anymore.

Glad you found the piece interesting. I agree with you on the direction of Kabuki, he may of painted himself into a corner in that series. I'm still optimistic though maybe he'll come up with something fresh. I guess his work hasn't progressed as much as it had in the beginning. It's still better than a lot of stuff out there to me.

The ugliest Shi drawing Ok here is a drawing I commissioned more than a year ago. I had a crazy idea. With all the Zombie stuff going on, I wondered what Shi might look like if somehow our favorite hero were bitten. So I talked to Zombie expert Arthur Suydam. He liked the idea. But warned me SHI would not be pretty. As a result here is the Ugliest Shi drawing in my collection.   |

I'd have a Tucci piece to post here, but I didn't get online this morning in time to rebid. Lost the auction for a measly $51. Going to go walk into walls for awhile. Catch you guys later.
PS. I "DID" win a color piece yesterday, though, by some hack named Brad Chavarria.  It's a tres bonne piece.

Vast difference.
I hate to partake in the Ed Benes Gallery of mass production, but this piece by Rubismar seemed like a decent piece (barring a couple of anatomical stuff). I did notice the model was the same model from the Marc Wolfe Shi prints.
