wildcats. ahh i remember those days. the artwork is from Manga D. Basically a smaller version of darkchylde.

I'm going to have to go do my digging on Manga D now, because I absolutely love the sketches you post!

Wildcats is one of my two absolute favorite comic series - Shi being the other one.  I don't branch out a whole lot farther than that as far as collecting goes.

Well ya lucky. Only 3 books that came out. well for now. So getting those and seeing the story is easy.

And im not too far away from collecting either.

Possible Lisners dark ivory. Its in the air right now. Wait till san diego and have a talk with him again. See what he strikes in interest for it.
Bout it for me now days. got out of wolverine. got tired of a few issues and new people step in and try to make millions off him.

Thanks. I'm sure I don't have the market on AOWs, though... YET...  . So far I only have 30 AOWs by artists other than Billy. Well, technically, 1 is Owari, 1 is Umadoshi, 1 is YOTS & 2 are YOTD so 25 are AOW. My Choi, my Fabi & my Bryan are probably my 3 favorite non-Tucci Shi AOWs, right now (but all are equally special).

Which ones do you have? Do you recall? That way I know what to send you & what you don't need.

You'll notice that the top 3 is for non-tucci Shi Art Of War sketch covers. I'm not including your Witchblade & Aphrodite covers in that equation. 

On the Kookey sketches - Will do... ;) Sending a package next week. I'll send them w/ & you can decide what needs to be done to them. ;)

In retrospect,

If I were to white out her circle & put a Shi kanji under her opposite eye, it would almost look like Shi since the X on her arm looks like it could just as easily be part of the knit in Shi's jacket.

I would never do that, though. Well... almost never.

It's a race, if we can get a Finch Shi on an AOW before my evil schizophrenic side takes over.... Aphrodite IX is spared...

You don't have to worry, buddy. You are definately in the upper echelon of my fav sketch covers. Your attention to detail is nearly unmatched. Your sketch covers are even better than greats like Brian Ching etc.

I love Suydam's artwork and unknowingly I have loved it even before I knew his name!! But his profile went berzerk when he did those amazing "Marvel Zombies" hommage covers!!! I love what he did and created a fansite ( http://HTTP://SUYDAM.BOOMVAVAVOOM.COM ) for that specific Zombie work. I let him and Nicole know that and well...they liked it so much they send me a goodiebag with cool HC-artbooks, a signed MZvAOD #1 variant and this amazing sketch....this is way way way more then I ever thought of...I did the fansite sheer for myself but this...this is just amazingly kinda and generous. ROCK!!!
