Awesome! Road Rage Tour seems like that's an appropriate name these days. I heard of a new type of rage. It's called "Package Rage" it is a symptom of not being able to open packaging. LOL

LOL I was taught that a warrior should be just as gentle as he is fierce. Witnessing (or helping) the birth of a newborn is more precious than splitting a skull. Lickie has 2 Scotties. I grew up w/ a Collie named Prince & a german shepherd/husky/wolf mutt named Icon & a cat named Barnabas. I like just about everything except mosquito & cockroaches. I've had boa, king snakes, gecko, newts, iguana, butterflies, seahorses, pipefish, rays & different assorted fish. The usual. Large dogs do love me because w/ my size, I'm not afraid to play rough. I let them clamp down on my arms more than average. When I can afford to build the home I have designed (dreams, dreams, dreams), there will be a 20'x20' terrarium in the center w/ a pond. The terrarium will be a butterfly farm & the pond will have fresh water rays. (I would love a larger salt water pool that I could stock w/ larger rays.) Other pets I will have seperately will be seahorses & dragonfish. All the above require attention that is not possible w/ me on the road & such. Those are the 4 ideal pets for me. I also like the Fijin Iguana, but it is an endangered species & not legal as a pet. PS. I'm a sucker for great danes

That is a lot of different pets. Delvie you sound like one ot Tj's coworkers...he had at one time 3 monkeys and other wild animals...I would have to have tj post on that one. He doesnt have the moneys anymore because they bit him and he put them down.
My mom always told me I should of been a Vet. I was always coming home with an animal and wanted to take care of them. It drove her nuts because I could go to any animal and pet them. My dad use to have a dog that was half dog and half wolf he was white and his name was Bo. That dog was as tall as me on all fours and close to 6 ft on his hind legs. NO one went by that dog! Well, I did when my dad was around because he raised it. I wasnt suppose to try to pet him without my dad there and I got cocky and showed my friend that I could pet him. Nothing like going to Kindergarten with stiches and a patch on your cheek. LOL

Icon was a playful girl. But the way she jumped @ everybody scared the hell out of them. She wanted to jump on them & lick, but her chain was attached to 6 lengths of steel line stretched between 2 posts. Her chain would stop her just short. She was fast, too. When she was @ the opposite end of the line & she wanted to come & play, she'd scare the hell out of most people. Her collar & 8' chain was connected to 50' cables. She would run the length of it straight @ you. I remember a lot of times laughing as people started running away.

Yeah the lady upstairs is pretty cool. Typical Oklahoma woman looks fairly young but is a Grandmother :o :o :o Apparently Simon took to being fed with a bottle and won't nurse naturally. Now he is the runt of the litter :P

Bo was pretty much the sameway. I loved dog even thought he bit me!
We lived in town and he was chained to the light pole next to the garage and no one ever went through. There was a cop that lived behind us and he was going to ticket my dad and his wife told him not to because we had the safest neighborhood!
He did get loose 3 times and one of the times he went after the mailman and the mailman always carried a gun because of Bo. LOL That is when he had to be put down it was pretty sad.
The best was in winter! My dad would be outside with us and i would throw a rope out to Bo and hop on a sled and he would pull my brother and I down the hill on the sled or we would play tug of war with him! He was the gentelst dog when my dad was around and then very protective of his territory. He was a beatuiful dog. But just like you Delvie it was funny to see people run away from him or they would tell my dad that isnt a dog that is a horse.

Nice pics. The last one reminds me of my home town a few years ago. Where I grew up, to leave town northward or westward you have to cross 1 of 2 half mile bridges over water. A few years ago I was visiting & dad & I were driving across one of the bridges. The drought was so bad that the 1/2 mile wide riverbed had shrunk to 20' wide. The rest of the river bed had a nice green lawn of grass & weeds. As a joke somebody had painted a large billboard so well that it looked professional & stuck it in the middle of the dried riverbed w/ 2 posts. The sign read "LOTS FOR SALE". I remember laughing my arse off when I saw it & then my ever stoic father saying in his deep voice "I don't think it's very FUNNY. Somebody should take it down;" which made me crack up worse.

That's a funny story! LOL There is at least one more cool statue at this park. I will have to find it another time. Riverside Park runs next to the river and basically feeds into one park after another!

Please delete that last post. I let my children look over my shoulder when I'm on this site, because I normally don't have any fear of what fellow boardmembers might post. I was really taken aback when this image appeared. Though you may find it to be an innocent pic, because of what it represents, I think has no place on this board. I am thankful that none of my children were around when this appeared. Thank you for rerading my request.

Although I laughed when I saw it & even downloaded it to send to my brother. I don't believe in censorship, but there are several children who view this website. We probably should keep the limit of what we post to scantily clad men or women & draw the line there. No harm done if you delete soon before a lot of people get on.
