Here is a look back at 2005 through the eyes of the Frankster.

January 12th - I've met the former mayor of NYC /  TIME magazine's man of 2001, Rudy W. Giuliani. I gave him a sketch of him but he didn't get to see it that day:

Not only has he been my favorite politician I'm hoping he'll be our next President.
Also that day Shi Ju-Nen #3 comes out.

February 25th- "operation give Victoria sketch: phase 1)I was gettign over from being sick it was a cold day and I waited all day outside Madison Square Garden hours before going to see the WWF house show. the only mission I had was to get Victoria's autograph  and give her my sketch. I dint see her outside but i did see Kane, Jericho, Molly Holly, & Rhyno.
Me & my g/f then went inside it was awesoem for the 1st time being front row. I was right behind ring announcer and the time keeper.

If u look closely u see the the steel cgae and ring ropes behind us. The closest i saw victoria was when she slapped my hand on the way to the ring and she had a glimpse of my sketch.  But it was a very fun night.
The next day....
February 26th- I got a Letter from Rudy Guliani thanking me for the picture i had his secret service guys hand him which they actually did......

April1st & 2nd- Saw Billy and Mark at the the Big Apple Con.  Got my 1st sketch from Mark Sparacio...

Mark dint like me putting it next to my other nice sketches but he shouldnt feel bad wait till u see Greg Horn's.
I also met Erik Larsen, MArk Bagley, and got their sketches too.
Alos that 2nd one of the greatest men who ever lived had died....

Pope John Paul II
April 19thPhase 2- Operation try to see Victoria again. And that's not all Hulk Hogan was in the building.  I used my MSG ID to wander aroudn to see if I run into them but nuthing. But it was the 1st time I saw Hogan in action in person.

May 17th-  Actor Frank Gorshin (the original riddler) dies

(this was from June 2002)
May 18th Went on a field trip to Philly Museum (where u see those steps from the Rocky Movie) and saw the Salvador Dahli exhibit:

June 1st Shi Ju-Nen #4 finally comes out

June 3rd & 4th- The Wizard World Philly Con:
I finally get to meet Greg Horn and I always admired his work and even thought about buying his $40 book.  He signed my whole stack and agreed to make me a quickie sketch unless i donated to A.C.T.O.R. so i dontated $10 which i figured $5 for the stack & another for the sketch. I dint see the sketch until I was done and  I could not believe what the hell i saw when i handed me my book.

All I can say what the F$@% is this piece of $#!+.  And Greg wasnt pleased with my donation as well and I sed "dont worry I'll donate more tomorrow u have my word" me sayign that and not doing  was my way of telling him to go f$@$ himself.  Can u believe Greg Horn did this awful and I've seen great quickies.  This proves he's a phoney.
I saw Billy, Mark, Saviuk, plus...Angel Medina, I had the the honor to finally meet Michael Turner.
Met Fellow crusaders: Slamyk. JCVaughn, and Geisto.
And Met David Finch and got one of the greatest sketches of this year.....

Finch does such a beautfiul Spider-Woman.

To Be Concluded......

June 9th- I turn 23 and get the Punisher game and that Hogan shirt u will see November picture.
June 17th- Big Apple Con
I saw Billy & Mark as usual. Apparently Geisto was there and gives Billy a hunting knife which he turns on Sparky with....

Which Mark never stopped talking about which is why he's dissappeared (LOL)
Got my hottest sketch ever from Alex Saviuk

And later that night saw Batman Begins.

July 10th- Hogan Knows Best debuts on VH1

August 11th
The Frankster's receives numerous posts over this sketch....

two days later this one follows...

August 17th - One of the best issues of the year readers were shocked in the pages of Ultimate Spider-Man Annual #1 where Pete Parker's new girlfriend became Kitty Pride of the Ultimate X-Men..

Fun Read!!!

September 10th- Big Apple Con
Met Sal Buscema, got cool sketches..plus this one from Billy....

That day was also Billy & Debra's anniversary and I bought them a card.

October 11th-Met Hugh Hefner and the cast of "The Girls Next Door"

October 12th After an 8 month hiatus She-Hulk returns to her own series.

Many fanboys are pleased. Despite the phoney does the covers now.
October 29th & 30th I'm in my 1st gallery.
Ocotober 31st The Frankster becomes the Dark Frankster

November 5th3rd times the charm.
I woke up bright and early caught the train on time & transerred to the bus and arrived at 6:50 which was long away from the signing. Nobody was there the only reason why I got there so early was because they sed they were only lettign in 200 and it turns out no one was there but myself for the next hour or so. so as the line built up and the time past i saw victoria and she never looked more beautiful in my life. She somewhat recognized me and sed who I was and welcomed in the store with a BIG HUG I was so speechless and happy.  I Spoke to her a bit had 3 pictures signed and took an even better picture than u saw from the bad one from previous post.

November 13th Eddie Guerrero Dies!!! :'(

November 18 & 19- Met Billy & Mark yet again,
Saw my hero John Romita and he signed my Book Dummy. And got thsi hot Black Cat sketch from Billy.

Dec 20th-22nd MTA transit Strike

December 24th-25th-nuff said

That's it for the year.

I'll see you in 2006

Ok Joe & Cristos, and everyone else who've been puzzled why i hate the Horn.

Now do you understand why I hate Greg Horn and why I think he's a great big phoney. That sketch is pathethic it looks like something i drew back in junior high school.

Now this solves one of life's greatest mysteries, now all that's left is for Billy to come foward on why he despises Bendis.  Bendis is a very nice guy and very talented and I've been a fan of him alot longer.

This Thursday I'm goin to my uncle's in Florida to get the heck away from everyone, and concentrate on my art.  I'll be back just in time for the Big Apple Con on Saturday, 1/14/06.  Don't wanna miss seeing Dave Finch, and meeting actress Catherine Bach.

I must admit that that is a sorry sketch, Frankster. It looks oddly familiar to me:

According to the Certificate of Authenticity it signifies that it is only one in 25 copies of a Special Limited Run.

Well that's a hell of a lot better than the crap he drew me, despite the witch nose he made. Besides who care he's a probably a damn tracer.  Takes a photo and traces over.

huh and i thought Chuck Austen's was bad.

But what the hell is wrong with Joe Quesada.  Why is he choosing awful artists can't draw women for their lives to do babe books.  I have not seen a decent She-Hulk artist since John Byrne (well he did draw the ugliest looking Kitty Pryde)

but he did the most gorgeous she-hulk.

and now she looks like well Joe Snider gave his example.

As for Elektra... The only good artist in the whole series was Sean Chen (only 5 issues) and and the other guy who took over after austen...Pagulayian (something like thta) they were the best 2 artist in te series for a low run.  This is why the series was such a flop.

Instead of letting Finch do the Moon Knight  series give the spider-woman series instead of that Bulgarian @$$wipe  alex maleev (he also pulled a Greg Horn on me).

if you have not seen her since she was on the show you will be shocked she is at least twice her old size.
But that smile and her eyes are the same.

Yea Tom I seen pics of her before but you know what...
She still is freaking gorgeous...

I really dint care what she would end up looking like to me it's more of what she was but the way she looked when i saw her was a huge bonus.  She did look maybe a tad bit slimmer than we saw her on recent tv specials.  Well i was in Florida I got to work on my "sketchbook of hot babes" a pic of her well in my comic style and once i got home i colorized it an added a backgorund to it with photoshop and printed it for her on photo paper.

I felt a little bad for not giving her the origianl so in addition i drew a basic head sketch. But the look on her face when i gave it to her was priceless.

She even flipped through my sketchbook. (she was amused of my HOT pic of Lois Griffin)
She signed my original to that picture above in which she wrote "Frank, Thankyou For your beautiful sketch I think you are so talented!! Good Luck & Never Give Up!! Love Catherine Bach  :) Daisy Duke

We pretty much spent a few good 5 minutes or something well it was an honor meeting her and hope we meet again someday.

That is cool that you got to meet "Daisy Duke"  Yesterday, the family went to the World of Wheels and we only went for 2 reasons and it was all for Nate too.

1) Cooter and the General Lee were there and to see my son's eye light up was the best thing even though he wanted to talk to him and he wanted to do his imitation of Rosco's laugh.  The line was way to long but we did get a pic of Cooter and the General Lee.  My son likes Daisy too along with the Duke boys.

2) We also went for Nate because they had the original Batmobile.  Nate loved that too!!!  The guy that played The Joker was there too.

They also had the Munster's car and the guy that played Eddie was there.

The pics you posted of Catherine Bach are cool too.It

There is no better feeling than that. I experienced that about 10 years ago. I am a really big basketball fan, and did a pencil drawing that consisted of a portrait and action shot in one, of my second favorite basketball player of all time(behind Jordan), Stacey Augmon. He is not a superstar per se. But to me he is. It is a long story, so I'll make it real short. I gave him the picture after talking to his fiance at a basketball game in L.A. He really liked it, and said he would definately hang it up in his house. I had met him a couple times before at games, and he remembered me. For some reason each time I met him, he came to me first, even though I was nowhere near the front of the crowd. Even now , when I think of it, it seems like a dream. So Frankster, I know how you feel.

Most celebrities I've met I have given them my artwork of them. Most of them are wrestlers including:
Sable, X-Pac, Billy Gunn, Mick Foley, Torrie Wilson, "Dancing with the Star's" Stacy Keibler (who thanked me for drawing abs on her), Rob Van Dam, Terri Runnels, The Hurricane, Ivory, Scott Steiner, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Victoria (u should know by now check back page 12), and Trish Stratus I gave several to but the cool thing about her is she put all of them on her website:

and from our 1st meeting

(these were all from 2001 & 2003)  wow i totally sucked back then.....to be continued gotta eat!!!

Ok I'm Back.

As for regular Celebs when I met Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS and gave them each a copy of a comic I made in class that guest appeared the band.  Gene saw it thinking I wanted it signed and said "Can I have a copy of this" and i told him it was for him.  I saw him the following week his he read it twice.

And most of u know the Giuliani incident.
