So I figured I would start a separate topic for all of my writing stories that will hopefully soon see publication. If you have seen my Facebook page or Twitter, you know that I have a publisher approved 4 issue mini series that I need an artist or 2 for. Back end pay deal, but I will be aggressively marketing it for media exploitation. If interested, message me here or at info@calliopes.net

Okay, you're not having writer's block, just the play on words for the blog page.  Got it.  You do have artist's block, in that you need someone to draw out your stories.  Sorry, but I have no talent in that way.

Well thankfully it appears that there are some artists that can help me out. I figured being a writer and colorist left me without the one key ingredient to the comic book puzzle. I am also working on getting into lettering, so I can move even more of my projects along faster. If I ever learned how to draw( other than stick figures), I would be set.

Hey all,
Just wanted to let you know that I have a HUGE project that I am writing right now for a top ten publisher. I can't say much more about it until it is officially announced, but once it is I will definitely post details here.

Hey all,
Just wanted to give an update on my Cascade project. I have a publisher, an artist, and the first six pages of art for the 2 issue mini series done. You can see a sneak preview of page 1 from issue one at my site http://calliopes.net/cascade/. The picture of her family is vitally important to the story. I will be adding a few more pages there and putting up some of the finished pages, once I color them here and there.

Here is the cover to my book Cascade. Both issues are completely penciled and I should be done coloring by mid Feb. So it looks like a late April or so release. I will keep the updates coming here and on my Facebook regular and fan page.

So I am posting this to both sections, since it is something that I am writing and coloring. It has interest from a decent size indy publisher, so I am hoping to get it off the ground, as I think the concept is solid
