Happy New Year everybody.
I did something a little different, this year. A bunch of us left the bar last night & went polar bear swimming in the chesapeake. I guess you could say instead of watching the ball drop @ midnight, I dropped my own balls into the BigC.
I hope this is a successful year for everybody. HugZ

Did a polar bear swim once, but it wasn't a big thing.  A scout camp had a 6am swim in northwestern Wisconsin.  I was told that normally at that time of day the water temperature is in the low 60s, but because the week we were there was in the upper 90s, the water temperature felt quite nice.  Still got the t-shirt, though.
