CONGRATULATIONS BILLY !!!!!

There's hardly a book out there that puts one's heart in one's mouth, but this is one of them.

Absolutely.

This reads like a movie. An awe inspiring, and monumental movie.

Thank you!

It really is an awesome book and I can not wait to see the rest of the issues. I know that I will nominate it and vote for it for an Eisner.

I picked up my copy yesterday at my comic shop and I read it today.  It truly show how much care you have for the men and the subject matter, Billy.  It's really touching and I felt like I was along side the men as they took to the beach.  Harrowing and inspiring at the same time.  I look forward to the next issue.

Finally got to my comic shop and picked up my holds.  When I got home, my son asked if I had any he could read, and I quickly handed this book to him.  He's planning on doing a semester school project on some aspect of WWII or Vietnam, thinking of doing something involving airplanes.  I suggest he think about Billy's storyline.
Anyway, on to the book.  I really enjoyed it, but was questioning two words in the script, FUBAR and SNAFU.  When I checked the dictionary, to my surprise both were WWII terms.  Should have known Billy wouldn't stray from reality there.  My only complaint: the print is too small for my 47 year old eyes.  One question, are all of the names and locations underlined real people & places?
Looking forward to the rest of the story.

i have yet to read it, hoping to get to it after my semesteris done, I have been so focused on my semester class on marketng principles and working on an actual market plan that comics have been put aside and when i have had free time, i have been playing our xbox 360 Call of Duty 4 and the new Call of Duty World of War (which the maps is based on WW I and WWII with the weapons used then)
