I like the figure you've given Shi in this drawing, looks more fit. One question about something that looks wrong: why is he scabbard curved when the blade is straight? Throws the picture off a little bit.

Ha! Didn't notice that! Drew the sword and scabbard days apart, mainly because the subtle curve of sword was such a pain. Apparently went overboard on the foreshortened curve of the scabbard. Will fix.
And thanks on the compliment on the figure. Been working on making my women look a little healthier...

I like this one Sattch. I really like what you can do with inks. Very simple linework makes a nice and clean image. I am glad that you fed Shi a few cheeseburgers with this piece. With your previous pics, though i really appreciate the technique and poses, it was hard to overlook her skeletal appearance. Keep it up and keep ordering from the $ menu.  |
