So, seeing as how I am back (presumably for good ::crosses fingers::) I decided to make this thread to dump all of my art onto from now on. This will be the place to look for all new artwork, whether it be quick sketches, concepts or finished work. To start things off I'm posting two relatively new sketches. The 1st is a sketch of the future bearer of the Witchblade, Persephani. I did it with a regular pencil on typing paper and I'm tooling around with it on PhotoShop to see what I can do with my digital colors.

The second is a purely digital sketch using Alias Sketchbook Pro, also of Witchblade. This was concept work I did for a bunch of storyboards I wanted to do retelling the beginning of the Sara Pezzini/Witchblade story for an animated short I wanted to do. I changed some things around and made it darker. I even made the Witchblade a little more menacing/dangerous, actually piercing through Sara's forearm and making metallic spikes come out of the tips of her fingers as claws. I thought it was cool but I needed to concentrate more on my other work, so I'm saving it for a time where I can fully flesh everything out and send it to Top Cow (If they'd ever read it, lol).

cool!
With the animated short you're planning to do, are you actually doing all the animation yourself?  (Will we be able to see it when you're done?)

Yeah, when I start things up again I will be doing everything myself. But seeing as how I'm only one person (never mind the fact that I'm not an animator, lol). It'll really just look like a slide show of storyboards. But, yeah you guys will definitely be able to see it as soon as I'm done!  nod

Here's a quick Lady Death Sketch I did for my little sister using Corel Painter Charcoal. Enjoy!

Thanks guys! I checked out Stuart Sayger's art and I have to say, thank you for the comparison! I'm trying to loosen up my work a bit, and I'm loving the stuff I've been producing lately.

I've been looking for more art to share with you guys and I found these three pieces while browsing my art folder:

The first is a concept sketch I did of Darkchylde, she's supposed to be in the rain. Don't really know why, lol.

The second is a Shi/Lady Death concept where I tried blending the two characters together. I didn't like the results I got but still think it looks kind of cool.

And the third is actually a colored version of my Persephani pencil sketch. Her eyes are supposed to be glowing but I think because the color is so similar to the hair color that it just looks wierd. I might change it later though. Hope you like!

Thank you Cristos! Sorry for the lateness. Just got back from vacation, and straight into school.

Here's another digital sketch for you guys. It was all done in Sketchbook Pro.

AND I've got some sweet stuff for you guys coming soon so stay tuned.
