That was a tough one. When I realized all the clues were pointing to Razor, I thought "Billy doesn't look like Razor... even if Razor does look pretty darn manly on that cover". Then I pulled up an image online and noticed the little pic on the side. Had to dig out my copy of the book to be certain.
