You know you might be right. I was thinking it was french. but that was that one I found called ComicBox with Shi on the cover. but I do not think Billy did it. so I withdraw my answer. I know that if Joe had better scans on his site I would not have made such a silly mistake. >:(

Actually, this weekend I hope to do some scanning, so I will update the magazine portion, WOTW, TOMOE pictures with true scans. Those were done when I was using a camera vs a scanner way back when.
