Thanks guys. That's a good idea pctchuck. I put the other scans on them so the could see that it was one piece, although it is cropped. It's exciting to see that three of four have been bid on. I'm excited that a non board member is bidding against Delvie, because it means that my name and work is expanding beyond this and a couple other boards. A little competition is good and it helps my pocketbook.
My wife is so excited about my stuff generating interest. She is so stressed out about everyones greatest enemy;debt. I have many ideas that I will share later with the board, but I have more work to put into it.
Right now, I'm having a great time developing my new technique and having fun putting stuff on ebay.
Today I'm going to play in a Little League coaches softball game. It's frickin' burnin' up outside right now AND I haven't played any type of softball in about 18 yrs, so I'm a little bit nervous. If it was basketball, it would be a different story. Though I can't jump like I used to, I can still put the ball in the hoop. Wish me luck, and I'll update later with my performance.

All right everybody, here is the latest from my pencil. I did this all with only one mechanical pencil and very minimal erasing. I am so proud of myself for getting this done quickly.  and a photomerged piece for it's entirety.  This is going to be on e-bay, hopefully tonight! I am also going to put up the two Vampirella pieces posted earlier. I need some $ for San Diego and for shipping out everyones stuff. So I hope these pieces do well. That sounded greedy, didn't it?
I cleaned up #2 for you. Yah. That sounded bad. |

Yeah. After I bid, I was thinking, hmmm... I've already got 8 pieces so far & a commission of Lickie being done, perhaps I should concentrate on getting you more sketch covers & give Kookey fans a chance to get your stuff.

My wife and I had to take a serious look at our finances, to try to cut back on spending unneccessarily. I will probably send out allartwork including the freebies after the recent auctions close.
Unfortunately Delvie, i nolonger have your account number.
As far as the game goes, I went 2 for 6, with a couple rbi's. a couple of good plays on dying line drives in center field, one almost worthy os espn. Not having played in such a long time, it was difficult to get a good read on some of the hits. I tried batting left handed for two at bats and grounded out weakly to second both times. After switching to right, I hit the ball pretty hard all four times resulting in a line shot right at the third basemans head, he caught it, another hit too hard on the ground for him to handle, a nice clean single to left-center field that could have been a double had my heel not been hurting, and a long fly ball out. All in all, I had a lot of fun, though I am hurting right now. Only because my heal hurts, though I did have a couple cramps overnight.

Sucks getting old and out of shape doesn't it? I use to hike 14 miles with my scouts, but since they don't like hiking anymore, when we get out for a short trail of a couple of miles I really feel it the next day or so.
