I'll see what I can do to finish hers before I go to work. Woo! Nice work, kikuchiyo! If you don't mind me asking, what will you be working on next? Thanks Skwerly. I really don't know of anything new that I'll be doing, except trying to finish Dawn's piece. It is very normal of me just to pick up a pencil and start sketching a body shape and then "feel" that it looks like it belongs to (insert character name here). I was going to ask everybody to put up a list of characters that they would want to see me draw, then I would put them on e-bay, to help with those things we call bills. |

I'm going to make every effort to put up something new every week. I have to do a couple tweeks on my penciled Vampi, then she will be on ebay. Let me jump on my  , and say, that I really appreciate all the great comments that I get from you on this board. Everyone here is an inspiration for me to keep putting out quality work. I feel that I am growing in my abilities and feel blessed that I can create something that you all like so much. I will continue to strive to better myself and hopefully I will get to a level that will enable me to have the honor of sitting in a booth at conventions in the future. If somehow I attain such status that I am sought after by collectors and fans, I will never forget how important you guys/gals are to me. I have always thought of us on this board as "Billy's Brigade", because of our undying support of Billy and his dream. Because you all support me in much the same way, I have come up with a name for you who mean so much to me. "Kiki's Krew". Don't laugh because I am going to do what I can to make that something special. It is an awesome feeling to be on the receiving end of all of you support and praise that you give to me. Thanks everyone. I am working on all different types of styles right now, so you should see some progression. Here is something that I finished, that I had posted before I think.  I forgot to give my comments on this one...well... pretty easy really because you NAILED it!! The eyes, the hari, the arms, the lips, the breasts...all PERFECT. Shadow under her nose, the muscles on the upperarm, the neck, the innerthighs...LOVE the details... The stance/attititude...it ozes grace and on your art it oozes love!!! |

Now that I have seen your work, I have a really tough pencil sketch for you, but it will have to wait until $ loosen up.
I was going to get it done by Frank Brunner and inked for $600, but I think being one of Kiki's Krew would be better.

I not only will allow myself to be outbid on the Vampirella, but I hope to be outbid! While I'd love to get an original for a low price, these deserve to sell for much much more than that. K - might want to add a line in all your auctions about the photomerge, so people don't think there's a gigantic crease across the artwork. |
