SHI vs Mortal Kombat

Okay I havent posted in a  long time but I have been here lurking. Havent had a good SHI read in a  long long time so if anyone can tell me when the next SHI comic comes out ( and I dont want to hear about the stupid Lady death vs Shi book Please LOL ) that would be great

but in the meantime anyone buy the new MK Armageddon Game? they have a creat a fighter mode that lets you make  SHI.

I will post some pics later but its really cool to have SHI go up against other MK characters  and Its really nice to actually have SHI in a video game too!

now if we could just get  A MK comic book and then do a crossover with SHI that would be very cool

if anyone else has done this already please post some pics and your thoughts I would like to hear it

Wouldn't mind seeing that. Frankster created a Shi character & a Frankster character for a Wrestling video game. That was cool. Wouldn't mind seeing more & better quality pics of that.

God its so much fun to have SHI go up against these other characters. It  has always been my dream to see her in  a crossover comic with MK characters

Does the game replay the melee after you're done playing? It would be cool to set it up to record each combat session.

I too miss Shi and am working up my pitch to send to Mike Richardson at DH this week.  JCV also wrote up a nice pitch and I'll send in his along with "The Ring of Fire."  Joe Snider wrote a really cool pitch too, but Ring of Fire would come first.  Who knows, I'm really missing Shi, so perhaps I'll do that series next! ;D

I dont really now what happends when you beat the game because.................... I suck! LOL really this is the first video game I have bought in like 5 years and so I am really bad at it. Part of the reason was so that I could play SHI, always wanted to see a crossoever with here and MK, ( I also made Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, who was always my number 1 choice for a crossover with SHI so its a blast to have SHI vs Lara Croft )

I heard that at the end it plays a Kata that the character does, if  I ever beat it with her  I will definately try and record it and post it.

THATS GREAT NEWS! thanks for posting and letting us know, been too long , so even though I am living in Japan right now I will be sure to buy these when they come out, heres hoping Darkhorse will approve all 3 stories and we will get lots of SHI for the next few years!!!

those Billy were from the video game Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 in the create-a-wrestler section.  i just added layers of make  up, certain clothing, fixed th ebody. If anyone gets the game let me know I'll write down the instructions.

Do you guys have any way of running your game through a vcr or dvd-r on the way to the tv? If you do, can you send me some videos of them fighting & I'll make mpegs out of them & post them online.

Billy get the MK license and  do a MK comic now!! LOL Can you believe NO BODY HAS THIS LICENSE !    

if you got it,  then we can see more of SHI in MK! Now that is a crossover that I would love to see, That and Tomb Raider!

I created it! Just this evening! and once you beat the games boss you get the kata with the Bio you wrote! and ya if you get the game you can do it too!!

you can get this on the PS2 and X-box right now with the Wii coming in 2007

I ve watched this over and over and I love it.

one mistake I just noticed though Is I spelt Lifes and it should have been Lives LOL

You can write your own Bio in this game and see it all written . I liked what I wrote but almost wished I would write more. I dont know maybe I will add to it later and fix that damn spelling mistake LOL

Just so nice to see SHI in an animated form and in a setting that suits her.

as you can on my other site I did a lot of other characters but she is my favorite to play. Just seems  its a really good fit for her.

anyway its funs playing her and seeing her do the kata. I did this video with a digital camer ( you can see the red light on the screen at times LOL) so the quality isnt the best but when you actually see it on your TV screen it looks even better and clearer.

When I'm recording in front of glass, I put a piece of electrical tape over the light. Might help. It's still awesome. I do like Shi doing the kata. If you can figure out a way to run the picture thru a vcr or dvdr before you display it on the screen & record it w/ crisp picture, I can put the video on the 2 Shi myspace pages.
