As of right now, there are 35 pages of Shi items on e-bay under "comics". :o This has been strange. The normal thing that happens when you do a shi search is you only get items that are in auctions. But now and this is new it seems to be pulling all of the stores with there B.I.N. Is this happening for everyone. Or maybe since I became a Powerseller on ebay it added this new search option |

Stores listings have been coming into searches but it is not consistent. I think EBAY is toying with it due to complaints about lack of traffic on store items.

My experience over the last year with mile high is that they package pretty well and send within 2 weeks.

tell me what you know On ebay, I'm not for certain. Directly from the milehigh store is about 50/50, but their customer service when you don't get what you ordered SUCKS. I emailed them about 15 times over a 5 month period about when the Heaven & Earth stickered set I ordered would arrive. The reply was always the same, "we'll look into it & get back to you." 2 weeks later I would have to email them again. Finally, after 6 months they responded rather nastily that it had been sent & it was my fault for not purchasing insurance & they are not responsible. After their rude email I responded that their story was rather convenient & had they responded w/ this answer w/in the 1st few months or few emails it might have been believable. But it appeared that I paid for something they never had to begin w/. & I truely appreciated it. They responded w/ "Even though it is not our responsibility, we can offer you store credit in the amount for the item." I said forget it, I'll buy it from Gina @ Crusade. Which I did. It's rather amusing that I still don't have a set & I likely never will unless I see it on ebay. LOL |

tell me what you know I recently placed an order on 3/18/06 and it is coming tommorow. They occasionally get orders wrong especially when variants are involved. Last time I had a problem I Called them directly and talked to somone who told me to return the item with the invoice and what I wanted, which is what they did. |

never again for me. they ended up selling what I bought on ebay to someone from there online store. then they sent me the invoice sorry out of stock. we will refund you your money. so I waited. and waited. sent email after email. no answer. so I filed a complaint with PayPal. it took awile. but I got my refund thue Paypal. never heard boo from Milehigh. I think the guys running the place are just high.

If he left you feedback becouse your a fast payer or what ever than I would slam him.
If I understand the way feedback on ebay works.
Since he has left his one and only feedback rating chance then he can not slam you with the neg feedback. but if he has not then just bite your tunge unless you do not care about the negative mark on your rateing.
I know it sucks!
have you asked for your money back or better yet did you pay with Paypal I might think this was copy right fraud. get them to send the nasty leter to him. and you might get your money back
