I just came to the forum to post that I saw the items on eBay.You beat me to it :o I have seen on The Aspen Comics Boards that they have a thread devoted to items on eBay that are by Michael Turner and are good buys or unusual.I think that might be a good idea for this Message Board as well.

I usually see Joes' name on a bid, so I don't bid on the items that he is on. There is another boardmember whose name I see quite often, but I can't recall it. Also, "Shi on e-bay" is also a saved favorite, which I normally visit right before coming here.

It was just a thought, which is why I didn't actually start a thread with that name. And some times other people have a way of finding items that are not exactly listed in a conventional way so you may not have found them yourself.

Speaking of e-bay... does anybody have any connections to get the Dark Horse Shi statue? I SO want that piece of Shi, that it is driving me crazy. Can anybody help me? Also, I have updated my Shi-rine, so I will be posting pics soon.

I'm clueless on the statues. I've been trying to get some of the older ones myself, but have been unwilling to pay the $250+ that they keep going for.

When the last one came out, it sold out seemingly immediately. I had no chance to pick it up, then I would see it on e-bay for $200+, so needless to say, I haven't bought it yet.

I'm watching one now that is @ $16, but it is 3 days away from ending, so I doubt it will sell for less than $200. I can't really buy it this week anyway because of xmas.

I told Delvie about this before I some how picked up that Statue this summer on ebay for only $77 I was shocked that I got it so low. no one else was bidding. I was so pleased. but that was not the best part. the place that was selling it. sent me 2 of them. I had Billy sign them both in Chicago. my guess is that when the movie comes out that price will jump to $500 I hope

I've been searching for a good deal on that Clayburn Moore statue as well. I see it on eBay all the time but it is always slightly out of my reach.A cool thing I saw somebody do with the Dark Horse Statue is a sketch by Billy on the base--Killer Idea!

I really want the Dark Horse statue, as it is the most beautiful representation of Shi in 3D form. Do you have extras of that? If so, maybe we can work out a deal or something. I definately want it, but of course can't really pay an arm and a leg for it(how am I supposed to draw?). Plus, it will look real good in my Shi-rine.
