REDO on QUIZ #465:
Which issues of the American WOTW did Italian WOTW #5 cover? Ok WOTW American has 12 issues WOTW Italian has 6 issues so you could assume that WOTW Italian #5 would cover issues #9 and #10 American but this is only a guess since I do not have the Italian issues I can understand putting 2 issues together like they did in the Italian to come up with 6 total. But how did the French come up with 8, or evan more strange how did the Germans come up with 2 extra issues for a total of 14 . is there more story ??? what gives. :P

The Grifter/Shi storyline takes place in Japan right before Ana comes to America. Sort of a prequal, if you will. The Tomoe vs Shi takes place in the middle (sort of) of the WOTW series. If I remember correctly, the Shi/Tomoe was double sized & divided for the German edition.

Good answers and a good discussion. I'll take a look at the German issues and see if I can find out. No spanish versions that I have seen at this point, even though some think they are out there.

The problem is that Billy said he sent it via priority courier. It should have been here already. *fnaarrgh*

QUIZ #466:
Was the cover to the new Illustrated Warrior TPB done by computer or was it a Sparacio painting? I don't know much about the actual process of producing the art, so I'm going to guess that a painting of the cover by Mark Sparacio was used that was later re-colored for the TPB Cover using a computer. ??? I have a question as well, who is this Chris Batista that is given credit for illustrations in the book and which ones are they?

The original illustrated warrior #5 (which is the same cover for the TPB) was done by computer.
The TPB version was painted by Mark Sparacio.

Cristos got it. The original was painted with the white dress. The TPB with the light red dress was done on computer according to Mark Sparacio when I talked to him. QUIZ #467 from Cristos: who is this Chris Batista that is given credit for illustrations in the book and which ones are they?

QUIZ #468:
What do SHI, JIMMY PALMIOTTI and DANGER GIRL have in common? - a) Comics
- b) body art
- c) J. Scott Campbell
- d) the letter "i" in the names?
[/color] I tried to link Phil Noto since he can be linked to both Danger Girl & Palmiotti, but since his Shi art isn't published, I don't think it counts

Amanda Conner is correct. She did the art for the Danger Girl cover that sent sales through the roof. Her hubby Jimmy and Amanda have been SHI-ITES as far as artwork also, with Jimmy mostly doing inking in his past. Now he writes and does pencils too - a versatile guy.

Amanda was my 1st search, too, but I tried doing common searches & got nothing.By the way, the J. Scott Campbell links are
- SHI= J did Gen13 #13a w/ Shi
- Palmiotti= J & J did a Daredevil cover together
- Danger Girl= J Scott Campbells creation

Is there any chance you meant Supergirl instead of Danger Girl?
