Ha Ha! That bottom one is funny. I wished I had thought of that. What...I did think of that? Oh, it's funny nonetheless.

So yeah... I'm having a little bit o trouble w/ the wild life here out west. 3 nights in a row I've had to deal w/ what I am convinced is the same fox trying to play chicken w/ me in almost the exact same spot.
* 1st encounter, red runs 1/2 way across the street & then decides, "nope... can't make it" & starts back towards where he came from & then "F' it! I can make it!" & bolts back across the road. By this time, I decided not to brake because he was heading back the other way... so now I have to slam on my brakes. 80mph to 30.
* 2nd encounter, Earl bolts across the road... stops in the middle of my lane, looks @ me as if to say "What the... YOU AGAIN?!?" & forces me to swerve into the opposite lane.
* 3rd encounter, Bubba Gump bolts across road from opposite direction - makes it all the way across the road & then turns in a huge arc & runs back across in front of me.
Normally, when I return a rental car, the front is covered in bugs. This trip, my goals are a little higher. Not really, but one would think, because a deer & I also had a mishap. Night before last, Evil Kenievaldeer (a deer) jumps up the ravine on to the road. Luckily, I'm entering a town & my speed was 50 instead of the typical 80 (I don't speed through towns... kids present). He sees me about the same time I see him & he bolts across almost in front of me. As I'm slamming on the brakes & turning away from the potential hood ornament, he also swerves away from me putting us parallel to eachother. Apparently, we aren't parallel enough because I hear a thump & suddenly bambi is spinning on his a$$ for about 15 to 20'. I stop & get out to check on him & he hops up & looks @ me as if to say "Stupid Mother F%@*#r! Didn't you see my signal? What's up w/ that?" & then prances off into the dark.
Here's another cover by Kookey. I love it! EnjoyTenth Muse by Brad Chavarria

So, last week, Colorado stole my credit card. (Not really. I'd lose my head if it weren't attached.) So yeah, lost my credit card, so a co-worker loaned me his extra one. Worked great for gas & hotels, etc. Flew to Baltimore Saturday & my life was great. I thought that my boss had forgotten that I had nothing to do sunday so I was hoping for the day off. As soon as my flight landed & I turned the phone on, I had a message from the bossman. "Eric. Got a call from Dwight (company vice president) & he needs to send you to Easton, MD to check on some info from an upset General Contractor & then Rod (my ex boss) asked if you could also stop by South Gate MD to see if his guys actually finished the job." GREAT. So much for the day off tomorrow. Oh wait. New dilema. My checking account is overdrawn due to some accidental mismanagement & I have just enough toll money to get home tonight. Oh well. I can scrounge up $9 change for tomorrow's tolls. So anyway, as I pull out of long term parking, the glare of the sun on my windshield that's been collecting dust for a week is so blinding that even sunglasses don't help. I try washing the windshield as I'm driving down the road. Good thing there's no cars around. SLAM! I run over the concrete divider seperating the road from the exit. "WHAT an IDIOT!" So I start the truck back up. Put it in gear.... press the accelerator... & SIT! "Oh joy. I've thrown out the clutch!" So I have the truck towed & have the tow truck drop me off @ the airport where I catch a shuttle to the rental cars. "Whoops! My personal debit card is maxxed out & I have a credit card w/ somebody elses name on it." As expected, all available rental agencies pointed @ me & laughed. Thank goodness for friends of whom my ex fiance drove me to all the jobs yesterday. Well, @least the company got their confirmations. So here I sit. It's a joyous world.

It's almost like I look for chaos, isn't it?
Yesterday, while I'm being driven around, my friend starts her period early & we need to stop @ walgreens & then we stop @ a pizza place for lunch & when we get to the door, we find that it's closed. The directions for one of the jobs ends up being in the wrong town. (one of those where the addy is for one town, but the building is just over the line of the neighboring town's city limits by a mile.) Then of course, when we find the Easton one, we go to the Lowe's Hardware, but they haven't seen roofers & as it turns out, @ the end of the 1/2mile long shopping center is a New Lowe's being built. Of course, the roofers haven't been there all day. All SUNNY day.
I'm just glad I'm home before anything major happens.

This one looks a bit off, Shi's face seems a bit long. the rest of the details look great. maybe it is the way her head is tilted down a bit and it gives an illision
