I cant wait since I am a PJ club member I was able to buy my tickets already and they go by seniority in the club last time I was 13 rows from the stage.  Bringing the camera with me.

I will get some pics up from the PJ concert last night either tonight or this weekend.  Don't have much of a voice today and Ed came out and sang with Petty twice.  It was all good up until the drunk next to TJ during Petty.  I swear whenever we go to a concert we always are stuck by these people.

where those next to the art institute?  Our teacher just dropped us off, he went to park across the street and then we met a 3 and went to where he parked and then left.

I know it sounds soooo exciting.  But I remember walking by two black towers with water running over them and going by the famous "Married with children" fountain....lol

They are in millenium park which is right down the street from the Art Insitute. It is quite surreal to be sitting in traffic on Michigan and have giant faces staring in your direction spitting at you.

Yup. Those are the ones. They only appear black. They are actually glass blocks w/ led lights behind them. There is somewhere that peoples faces can be recorded & then displayed on the towers. Every so often before faces change, water is released out of a hole where the mouth is. Bummer that you missed it. You should think about taking the kids. Everybody (even the adults) had a good time jumping under the waters of the towers. Here's some pics I took...

Was the millenium fountain the Married W/ Children fountain? COOL. Didn't know that.

I never even realized it was in Chitown til Dawn mentioned it. I knew the 2 lions that Ghosts In The Darkness was based on was & had planned to see it, but the roofers screwed around too long the last day to spend the money on parking & the museum for 1 hr @ the Field Museum before it closed.

I'd like to thank Scooter for my latest Sketch cover. You ROCK, dude! I was a fan of Dark One's Animal Mystic & Klor when it was out. I'm excited that Scott managed to get me a Dark One rendition of Shi on a sketch cover. Thanx again SL!

You are welcome my friend.  I asked him to do it on friday. on sunday I stoped by his table at about 3:30 to see if he had a chance to do it yet. then he said he forgot about it. but would do it right now. so he grabed the book. some markers. and his pack smokes and headed out side.  he did it on a smoke break. so I hope it dose not smell.LOL  when you get the 98 books you will have to send me some just to keep on hand for you. since you boycot all of the Conventions.

It's really more of a "my company has boycotted my life." LOL. But yes, if it weren't for you & JoJo & Kookey Chio, my collection would be severely lacking. & yes, I will be sending you guys some blanks & some money. ;D

Yup. I thought it was pencil. I'm even more impressed now that I know it's marker. I wouldn't have expected the tones in marker.

I have a recurring dream of being a grandfather and having a baby sleeping on my tummy.  It gives me the warmest feeling - oops that might be an incontinence problem.

I thought I had responded to that. Apparently not. I will always remember one of the Indy  dancers I dated & the many times when she was working & her new born fell asleep on my chest. It was surreal.

I thought I should update this.

Well. In true form, 3 weeks after the con, I am in Cali. Well. Usually it's a few days, not weeks. O.C. to be specific. It's rather a miracle that I made the flight. I arrived @ the Dayton Airport Long Term Parking Lot 35 mins before my flight took off. W/in 15mins I was ticketed, through security & @ my gate.
The other day I flew out of Savannah to get back to Buffalo & arrived 4hrs early because the UK Terrorists had been nabbed 2 days before & I thought security would be a nightmare. Surprise. Not only were there NO LINES, but not a single person was going through security. Just me. I dropped off my rental car, got my ticket & was @ my gate waiting for my flight in under 10 mins. Surprise, flight delayed an hr so I actually ended up there 5hrs too early. As much as we pay for airline fares, why the F does it cost $7 a day to use the wireless internet in airports. It's free in hotels, why not the airports?

Lickie's grandmother is no longer w/ us in corporal form. That was pretty devastating to Lickie & last couple of weeks has been horrible for Lickie. She's much better now & things are back to normal. Even her mother who is normally a self centered B****, but took a break for a few weeks stopped being nice once again. S'ok. Atleast she got to say goodbye to her grandmother in person & her mommy was her best friend for 3 wks. The show must go on.  ;)

Anyway. I'm in the O.C. for a couple of days. Pretty balls to the walls while I'm here, but I hope to get some sightseeing in. Even if I have to get up @ 5am & go sit on Laguna bch for awhile before work. There was a cool John Wayne Statue in the airport I flew into. I was impressed that they would honor BJ that way. Then, as I was leaving the airport, I learned that what my flight info had been calling the Orange County Airport was, in fact, The John Wayne Airport. Who knew? LOL

Laters.

On the minus side, I leave friday & Shakira is singing a block away from my hotel saturday night.

On the plus side, I'm smart enough to figure out before tomorrow morning that I'll be waiting a LOOOOOONG time for a sunrise @ Laguna Beach like I had planned.
