Shall we compare?  Your lucky that it is all in one room. Right now mine is spread in 4 rooms. I took all of my stuff out of storage. I had a 12X30X12 unit. Now it is all here. Most of what is in boxes is going on to my ebay Store Many different collectables Toys are going next this is to feed my Art Hunger. |

It bugs me that both of them have nin instead of shi on her hand. & ditto on the color. I'll ask him if he's going to.

This is by the guy I had been in contact with earlier. He wanted $100 for an original pencil, and he retains the rights to make color prints of the work for future sales. Looks like you got a deal on the price. I was thinking of having a commission done of a similar pose, but with a top on and the bust size more in line with the way Billy draws Ana, but his price is out of my range.

A couple of recent aquisitions (as some of you know)
I sent an email to the artist w/ some questions
concerning if he were planning on doing color prints, previous Shi pieces, & pointing out that the kanji he used is "nin" instead of "Shi". &
That would be kind of like superman w/ a big A for aquaman on his chest. LOL [/color]

I asked 3 questions & he gave me 1 answer. I had to try to decipher which question the answer went w/. After a 2nd email, it worked out better.
1) He said that these were his 1st 2 Shi.
2) He is wanting to do #2 in color. He'll let us know when it is complete. I think #2 would look better, but to each his own, I guess.
3)He asked me for a pic of the correct kanji. He said for the color he is going to change the mistake.

I don't know if I mentioned, but I managed to salvage all the Shi stuff & personal stuff on my laptop. It only cost $160. Pretty happy about that. I figured it would cost 3x that much.
