It was buried towards the back of Lethargic Lad #12.
LL#12 had only 4 pages of Shi meets Lethargic Lad in it. Then it had a bunch of other non Shi storylines. You had to get curious & look @ the entire book to see this one. I'm betting that a lot of people who even have the comic haven't seen this part.
