O.K..  Here's what happened...
By wife and I are planning a little trip to Baltimore.
I was looking for a Hotel in Baltimore.
This got me to remembering a very short lived TV show from 1975.  It was based on a Play of the same name.

HOT L BALTIMORE

The gag is that the "E" in the HOTEL sign has burned out...

I did a quick web search for it and found something else interesting...

http://www.jumptheshark.com
It's a cool site dedicated to shows 'jumping the shark' and when they did so.
Pretty fun.

I'm guessing that's an Aussie or Brit show?
The only 'Banana' show I can think of is
'Bananas in Pajamas' and I doubt very seriously that either B1 or B2 could -EVER- kick arse on anything or anyone!

I think there is a vague firing of neurons in my brain on this 'Banana Man'...  but for some reason it's getting crossed over with Danger Mouse...  Was there a connection?

Bananaman was an english show, it had 3 seasons (1983, 1984, and 1986) and ran for 5 mins an episode... And it kicked arse ;D

The only other 5 min show that topped it was The Trap Door (Best kids show ever)

That's it!
Danger Mouse was a Brit-toon also!  I must have seen the two of them on the same program or something!
I really don't remember anything at all about the Bananaman.  Probably only saw one of the 5 min shows.
But Danger Mouse was on regular here for a very short time.  It rocked!
What was his butler's name?....Pendrake?  Penmouse?  Pendelton? ...can't remember...
Funny show.
I'll be on the look out for Bananaman now.  Thanks!

The Highwayman was a problem solver.  He travelled along the highway from place to place.  I especially remember it because Highway had this huge aussie sidekick(you may remember him from the energizer commercials of the mid 80's).  Don't remember much else, but this childs mind thought it was cool.

Nah, they were not supposed to be 'furrin'...
Any forgotten TV show counts...

One of my favorite trivia questions centers around this forgotten show that was a spin-off of a Spin-off of the Mary Tyler Moore show.  What was it?

Raven is the greatest show ever, and it only lasted half a season.  There were Yakuza, dragon tattoos, and Lee Majors!  Now that I think of it, there should be a Shi/Raven comic.  What do you think, Billy?

Skud...  There is a difference between 'overlooked' and 'ignored'.
Unfortunately, Aqua Teen Hunger Force is being ignored here.
Granted, it only comes on the Cartoon Network very very late at night.   And probably most people that even catch it by accident are wondering if someone dropped acid in their 7-Up...
I think it's brilliant.  And it usually is followed by either BRAK or Harvey Birdman.  And both of those are also brilliant.

Well thanks to the internet, I've managed to provide most of Brisbane with episodes 7 to 13 of The force (and without any argument, The Moonites are the best!)

How I love that show... *happy sigh*

R O A R
I was a HUGE fan of Roar when it came out the first time. I was pretty upset when Fox killed it (as was 1/2 of Philly... lot's o' irish folk there). Apparently it didn't do well in OZ either. But only 8 episodes were released here in the US when 15 were released in OZ & NZ. I had to buy pal versions of the missing 7 episodes which I got screwed by the seller & still didn't get them all, despite paying $150 for them. I tried asking a friend of mine since she was in the 1st episode but as it turned out... she'd never seen the finished product & wants to see it when I get it. It is being released again in the US on Scifi currently. I just hope they show all 15 & that somebody will produce the DVDs soon after.

WAR PLANETS/ SHADOW RAIDERS
Once again, a show that released more episodes in it's parent country but never caught on enough to complete in the US. War Planets in the US & Shadow Raiders in Canada, this was more of an animated young adults hero show... but the graphics were awesome. Released 1 season in America, 2 in Canada. Showtime just picked it up a year ago & showed it in the US as Shadow Raiders so now I have one season on tape labeled War Planets & 2 seasons on tape labeled Shadow Raiders. The plot was left wide open for a 3rd season. I am hoping Showtime will produce a 3rd season since they keep replaying the 1st 2 over & over & over & over & over & over & over....

C O U P L I N G
Lickie has me watching a Brit show called 'COUPLING' on BBC when I come home. It's pretty good. Sort of a kinky 'FRIENDS'

MONARCH of the GLEN
Another cool BBC show. Kind of a soap though... or not
