Billy Tucci:Please keep my wife Debi in your thoughts and prayers today. Two weeks ago she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. This morning she's going in for a five-hour operation. Thank you and God Bless!

Billy Tucci:  wants you to all know that Debi came through her surgery "beautifully" (in the words of her doctor)! She had a bi-lateral (double) mastectomy and is now recovering from reconstruction. Her sentinal lymphnodes all proved negative (90% chance she is completely cancer-free, (we must wait another week to get the final lab results), so hopefully she won't need radiation (we'll chill the champange for the moment).

Thanks for the updates, Slammy! Deb is an incredible woman & super brave @ that. My goddess (Kylie Minogue) decided on the double mastectomy about 5-10yrs ago to both save her life & to be an example around the world that you can still be beautiful & sexy even after the surgery. She even did an steamy underwear commercial that wasn't allowed to be aired in the US after her surgery.

Well, it has been over a year since this page was updated, so I'd hazard a guess that Deb is doing well.  Every day past surgery is an increase in the chance that the C was beat.  I worked on a drug for prevention of estrogen type cancers, so I got to know a bit about it.  Just wish the drug would get approved and picked up by major pharma.  Testing shows it works.
