Hugh Jackman made a surprise visit to Comic Con and thanked the fans for supporting comic films, to which he would not have a career right now.  He talked about the Wolverine film and went through the crowd to personally shake Len Wein's hand and said without him, there would be no Wolverine.  To me, that's a class act right there.  Too bad Marvel doesn't acknowledge him, or any other of the creators for that matter.

Yea i saw that little interview he did. I was kinda shocked the way he was acting. Think he was overwhelmed by being here and all. Just wish i had that chance to get a autograph from him. But he made that sudden appearance. But im sure ill have a chance sooner or later.

well i think that comics are giving a fresh wind to the writers in Hollywood and with all the tech. why not start making comics into films, I think it also helps the comic business because some will actually go out and find the comic to read it.  I know that is what happened when my brother was watching Witchblade or he would call me and ask me questions.

by the way, Billy what happened with Mimi??  Did she renew, I forgot to ask you how that all turned out. (over breakfast at Chicago Billy was telling us that Mimi's contract was ending at the end of the month)

I just want a Shi movie!  This wait is getting too long.  I know that Billy has his vision of what the movie should be, and I hope it gets made soon, and it gets made right.

on that note, Billy said that Mimi wanted to go back to how Billy had Ana in the first place, and going with what Billy first wrote, so I forgot about posting to ask him how it all went until now.
