Ok so according to Marvel.com's 1st page up to date image of the events state that:
1. Mary Jane and Gwen Stacy were his own serious loves does this mean the Black Cat don't exist.
2. Harry Osborne is alive and well and has been in Europe and they say anything about the relationship with his father, ok now If you're gonna make harry alive again i don't know why Norman still has to live that death of goblin was a great story, bringing him back was the worst move aside from this crap and the clone saga.
3. Webshooters: well the webshooters were back but i was kinda getting used to the organic ones but i wasnt fond of those stupid talons.
4. Secret Identity: absolutely nobody remembers Pete's Civil war unmasking, thats great, but here's the catch!!!  Nobody knows his secret Not Daredevil, Not the Avengers, nobody.  So we're gonna expect a 4th time for Aunt May to know Pete is Spider-Man, and looks liek Spidey wont be an Avenger, and if no one knows I guess Venom or the Green Goblin wont. And if Venom dont know since he wore the suit that Pete wore then I guess he didnt exist.

Well It's ironic that artists and ediotr dont want artists or writers to immitate JohN Byrne well it looks liek Joe Quesada did to Spider-Man what Byrne did to Superman and what Byrne tried to do Spider-Man with the stupid Chapter One reboot. 

This suck i'm dropping this after Slott's or Jiminez' arc!!!

I went to my LCS today and I dropped Amazing Spider-Man from my pull list.  The guy at my LCS understood and said he's had a number of customers drop that book and thinks that the only way a message would be sent to Marvel would be by people not buying the book.  If people complain but still buy it, that just tells Marvel that they can do whatever they want to a title and it doesn't matter because people will still buy it. 

Plus how are they going to make the book more accessible to younger readers if they're going to publish it 3 times a month?  That's 9 dollars a month and not many may be willing to spend that much per month.  Just my opinion.

I'm only staying on the next 3 issues cause Dan Slott is one of  my favorite writers and he pretty much knows me and he actually enjoyed my She-Hulk submissions.
