Whatchu gonna do when the Frankster runs wild on u

« on: Mon, April 30, 2007, 22:00:03 »

Ok well I just saw Spider-Man 3!  How and Why was I able to see it u ask!  Well I was a subscriber to the official website and a resident to the NYC tristate area! And since it was Spider-Man week in NYC 5 boroughs they held in an advanced screening in all the boroughs and i was elligible for a pass for me and a guest to see Spider-Man 3 in Staten Island my hometown!

Went with my childhood best friend and we presented with complimetary popcorn and a bottle of soda.  plus a raffle ticket where the winner would party with the cast at the release party at some club.  djparty Well I'm currently typing so thats your question whether I won or not.

and now the Movie.......................

2thumbsup 2thumbsup clap clap clap clap

Awesome!!!!  cuss-ing Awesome!!!  a Masterpiece!

I only have 2 small complaints but it's allllllllllllllllllllllll good!

Venom steals the show even though he is in the last half hour!  Venom was Awesome! Sandman was cool to!  This movie has action, heart, and a feel good!

And what impressed me most is how the symbiote was put in the movie! I was impressed how they solved it!

Well I had a blast and I gurantee you will too!

50 STARS!!!!!

Oh Btw!  EMO Parker rules!!!

EMO Parker?  Is that "Emotional Hardcore" Parker?  What does that mean?  I heard it at the My Chemical Romance concert.

My understanding of the word EMO is that it could be defined as a whiny crybaby who complains all the time about everything going wrong in his life and does nothing to change it, especially when it is easier to just blame your parents because they have a lot of money. But that might just be my town.

Mixed reviews my  cuss!!!  I enjoyed the movie i don't give a  cuss what everyone else who didn't but it's just making me sick especially when people gotta approach me and rub it in my face like i made the movie, all cause I'm a die-hard spidey and venom fan.  For those who got shove it in my face.. you are just jealous that i had freaking blast.

I saw it.  I loved it.  The actors (all except Ron Howard's daughter who stole the show and the guy who played Sandman) were tired of doing the bits.  That is the way it looked to me.  They were ready for the series to be over.
Even Aunt May punched the clock on her acting.  I was amazed by the acting of Ron Howard's daughter though.  I hope that I have that information correct.  She also played in the Village as the blind girl.  I need to confirm on IMDB vs listening to my spouse, but that is who she told me it was.  She played Gwen Stacy.

I havent seen since i dread the rush of full theaters with wacked out kids trying to comment on everything. But i did hear mixed as well on it. But all is good on venom. Like what everyone says. Last thirty minutes was the best.

Dawn and I saw it tonight, and it was a good flick

BUT, way to many bad guys all at once.  I don't understand hollywoods rush on throwing every bad guy from a comic books life into one movie.  It's the same thing with the more recent batman flicks.  These comics developed over years/decades and you could make a great movie out of any story arch, why the need to throw five years worth of comic stories into ONE movie?

Huge venom fan, the guy that plays Venom.......man that voice was bugging me through the whole thing..........then right at the end..........dang, eric from that 70's show...........ruined the bad ass image......

I happen to Like Topher as Brock.  Venom always was a smart-ass and that's why i though he's be good to play Eddie Brock.  Well the thing is I always liked Eddie Brock from Ultimate Spider-Man

alot better than Eddie Brock from the Marvel Universe who looks too much lieka drug addict. Besides did anyone bother to read this...

Yes I met Venom himself Topher Grace (or for those of you who sleeping under a rock Eric from That'70s Show).

I gave him a copy of my Venom painting u recently saw and made another copy for him to autograph for me.
Plus I even drew him a sketch

While I waited on line.  When i told him i did this while waiting on line he sed "u did this on line, wow ur amazing"

He was very nice.  It was cool to meet him!

Yes, I did bother.  eyebrow3
It was confusing. Did you do this "in" line or "on line"?

I recall that I had no real opinions except, "cool... that you get to meet everybody  2thumbsup  & why am I stuck babysitting on a damned roof nopity " & "hmm. That sketch looks more like Eddie  Guerrero dunno " but didn't feel compelled to post my thoughts @ that time.  eyebrow3

My little people seem to never need to be bailed out of jail; never have to borrow money & if they argue; it's usually kept to a dull roar; & usually have no problem doing what you ask.

My "others," on the other hand, get paid on friday & are broke by monday; need bailed out every once in a while; & if they argue, nearly always threaten to kill eachother (2-20 stories off the ground & the occasional axe lying around is a bad situation to have morons in).

Little people = my beaner buddies
Quote
(from a Carlos Mencia skit where he's coaching a midget basketball team. One of the players yells @ him that they prefer to be called "little people" to which Carlos responds "Little People?!? Beaners are little people... you're midgets!") So I call my hispanic american buddies "beaner buddies" (beanie babies) or "Little people".

Others = Caucasion Americans

I presume D was refering to the excitement of people threatening to kill eachother or to wager on the outcome as the day goes on. I said progress (work screeches to a halt when morons get excited) would be better.
