UFO was live action, but yes indeed by Gerry Anderson. It was a surprisingly complex show for the time it was produced and for Anderson's supermarination background.

Yup, couldt think of Gerry & Sylvia's last name--their next project after UFO was SPACE 1999.

Yup. And though I remembered Space: 1999 fondly (I was wrong), they should have stuck with UFO.  ::)

My loving wife got me the complete Thunderbirds DVD set for my birthday.
She loves me so much....
Watching all those shows makes me think what a great video game it would make!
You get a mission and have to pick which characters/equipment you take to solve the problem.
Mulit play would be a breeze as it's all cooperative.

...sorry....off in my own little supermarianation world...

O.K....here's the weird part...
Just a few weeks ago, Conan O'Brien had a guest on the show who looked EXACTLY like a couple of the Tracey boys!  He could easily play either Scott or the-guy-who-looks-like-Scott.  (I wanna say 'Victor' but I know that's not right...)  The only difference in the look of these two characters is that one of them has a dimple and the other doesn't.

Thing is....I was flipping channels and didn't catch the actors' NAME!!!  Arrrgh!
It was CREEPY how much he looked like a Tracey boy!

And Lucy Lui could play Tin-Tin.
